As Chairman of the Botetourt County Republican Committee (BCRC), I, Stephen Dean, do hereby issue this call for a BCRC committee meeting to be held at Veterans of Foreign Wars 4902 Roanoke Rd, Daleville, VA 24083, from 6:30-8:30 local time on June 24, 2024,

   1. Discussion of preparations 4^th of July Family celebration/membership drive

• Discussion of preparations Labor Day Trump Caravan and rally in cooperation with Rockbridge, Roanoke City and Roanoke County Republican Committee.

• Regular Location for BCRC Meetings 

• Tax Assessments:  Status BOS discussions with negotiation sub-committee

•  Fincastle Magisterial District Chair replacement vote 

• Presentation of election integrity – Jocelyn White – 6^th District Convention                                  Secretary

•  Voter Registration Drives.

•  New business as determined appropriate by the Chairman
