Governor Youngkin To Greet Trump Caravan Arrival This Labor Day

(Buchanan, VA,  August 14, 2024) As the election season heats up, you are invited to show your support of former President Donald Trump this Labor Day. On September 2^nd, there will be a Trump Caravan. The caravan will begin in Roanoke and end in Buena Vista, VA. The caravan is co-sponsored by the Roanoke and Botetourt County Republican Committees. 

Decorate your car in everything red, white, and blue, with banners and flags galore; to show our local support of Donald Trump. There will be an award for the best decorated vehicle. This winner will be first in the caravan behind the lead car.

A new addition to the caravan will be the Navy Seals 6 Team Trump bus. Come see this amazing bus dedicated to those who serve, and those who did not return from their service.

The starting location is: 6621 Williamson Rd., Roanoke, VA (The old Food Lion.) All participants in the caravan will begin assembling in the parking lot at 8:30am anticipating a 9:00am departure time. The caravan will follow Route 11, through Botetourt County, arriving at the Rockbridge Annual Labor Day Festival by 11:00am. The festival is at 100 Glen Maury Park, Buena Vista, VA. 

Once you arrive at Glen Maury Park, prepare to enjoy a day of festivities. There will be live music, food vendors, and political addresses by your local and state elected officials. Governor Glenn Youngkin will headline the politically star-studded event with Chris Head, Ben Cline, Tim Kaine, and senatorial candidate Hung Cao attending. The day ends with dazzling fireworks.
